Taken from the short-story by Jorge Luis Borges:

A spiteful scar crossed his face; an ash-coloured and nearly perfect arc that creased his temple at one tip and his cheek at the other. His real name is of no importance; everyone in Tacaurembo called him the 'Englishman from La Colorada'.
